Pula is home to the most beautiful Advent in the world: see photos from the beautiful Arena

This year, in addition to Advent events, Pula will have something really special in several locations in the city center. It is an ice rink in a specially arranged light Pula Arena.

The ice rink is of course not a new thing, but moving it to the most beautiful outdoor stage in the world is really something spectacular.

Skaters will be able to enjoy the sight of snow-covered stone bleachers and more than a hundred Christmas trees.

Official opening

The official opening of the rink and the lighting of the lights with a countdown will take place on December 6 at 18:00, while the entrance for visitors opens at 17:30.

A special program is being prepared by the Medo Skating Club from Zagreb, whose 50 skaters will bring favorite stories to life through fairy-tale costumes, sumptuous scenography and ballet music.

Organizers

Visitors will be able to enjoy numerous themed content and Christmas joy that will last until January 6, 2025.

“Advent in the Arena” is organized by JU Pula Film Festival and sponsored by the City of Pula and the Tourist Board of the City of Pula.
